The Alternative Fuels Data Center is the most comprehensive site for alternative fuel and vehicle information. Users will find details and information on alternative fuel vehicles at: www.afdc.doe.gov/afvehicles.html and search for more than 3,000 AFV-related documents at: http://www.afdc.doe.gov/cgi-bin/doc_search/searchora.cgi. In addition, fleets can learn about how the Energy Policy Act affects them at: www.afdc.doe.gov/fleet.shtml and users can search a database with interactive maps showing AFV fueling locations: www.afdc.doe.gov/refueling.html.

The Vehicle Buyer’s Guide, which is related to the AFDC Web site, helps fleets and consumers select AFVs that are right for them based on costs, specifications, and fueling/vehicle availability: http://www.ccities.doe.gov/vbg/fleets.
