About the event
The Electrify Allegheny Team is partnering with the Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC) to give you an overview of important maintenance considerations for electric fleet vehicles and a behind-the-scenes look at the first Electric Vehicle apprenticeship program in the country launching at CCAC's West Hills Center in 2025 to upskill existing mechanics to work on electric vehicles. You'll also learn about funding opportunities available now to help you offset the upfront costs of an electric fleet and hear from local fleet managers that are already incorporating EVs into their fleets.
When: Wednesday, November 13 from 9 a.m. to noon
Where: CCAC's West Hill Center (1000 McKee Road, Oakdale, PA, 15071)
Who Should Attend: Local Government Leaders, Public Works Directors and Staff, Fleet Managers and Staff, etc. This event is open to those not participating in the Electrify Allegheny program.
